Now, the plant covers an area of over 60000 square meters; has 130 workers and 12 middle / senior degree technologists; has assets of over 65 million Yuan and fixed assets of over 18 million Yuan. The annual capacity is over 6 thousand Metric Tons.   Production capacity We have built the advanced and strict manufacturing procedure. There are 4 sets of LG-30-H style Cold-rolling machines, 2 sets of LG-60-H style Cold-rolling machines, 1 set of LG-90-H style Cold-rolling machine, 1 set of LG-120-H style Cold-rolling machine and 15 sets of Cold-drawing machines. Besides this, there are Pipe straightening machines, Pipe polishing machines, Annealing production lines,etc. We can produce Structure and Fluid pipes with hundreds of different diameters and geometry sections. The size of OD is from 6.00mm to 426.00mm; Thickness is from 1.00mm to 20.00mm. The total capacity have reached 2,000MT per month.   Production standard All the products are made according to GB13296, GB14975, GB14976, except these, in order to meet your special request, we can also make according to standard of  ASTM A213,A249, A269, A270, A312, JIS G3446, G3463, and G3467 .
